Our off-grid little houses are immersed in private, secluded parcels of land near Nannup, Western Australia. Thoughtfully designed to draw your eye to the beautiful landscape and fitted out with all the creature comforts to make your stay meaningful and memorable.

Our landowners, the Dunnet family, arrived in Nannup in the early 1900’s.  Today their pioneering philosophy has led them to partner with Little House Republic to deliver WA’s first fully regenerative tourism project.

There's a range of activities to suit all tastes, from hiking to our private beach, taking one of our private luxury tours to Black Point, or a self-drive day trip to explore nearby Nannup, Pemberton, Augusta, or Margaret River. There's plenty to keep you occupied and a whole lot of relaxing and recharging in our luxury retreats.

The Little House Republic team actively work to reduce energy use, minimise waste, nurture the land, support our local Nannup producers and other awesome artisans in the South West of WA.
